Our Kick-Off Event was in Hamburg on March 6th & 7th and we introduced the partners to our city with insights into foodlab, Hobenköök, The Hafen City, Mushlabs, & Gut Haidehof.
We look forward to a successful grant to hopefully change consumer behavior toward good practices, create circular business opportunities, and make food chains and production more regional so that societies can make a big step towards climate-neutrality.
